Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options
We offer two reliable shipping methods to get your gear to you:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95) – via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days delivery after shipping)
- Free Shipping – via EMS for orders over $50 (15-25 business days delivery after shipping)
Note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. Delivery times may vary based on destination and customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your motorcycle gear. If you need to return or exchange an item, here’s how our process works:
Our Return Policy
You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:
- Items must be unused, in original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging and protective covers must be intact
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
- Eyewear (opened packaging compromises product safety)
- Filters (due to potential contamination risks)
- Base & Mid Layers (intimate apparel for hygiene reasons)
- Custom or special order items from our Exhaust or Fairing & Fender sections
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact Us within 15 days at [email protected] with your order number and product details
- Complete the Return Request Form (template provided below) and include it with your package
- Pack Securely using the original packaging with all accessories and documentation
- Ship Your Return to our warehouse (address provided in your return authorization email)
Pro Tip: We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days):
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Bank Processing: Additional 3-10 business days depending on your financial institution
Exchange Process
For exchanges of items like Audio & Speakers, Brakes components, or Casual Clothing:
- Follow the standard return process
- Clearly indicate your replacement item (including size/color if applicable)
- We’ll cover the shipping cost for your replacement item
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item from our Drive & Transmission, Engine, or Electronics & Mounts sections:

- Include photos of the damage or defect
- We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost
